Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 km daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headed side. Get your gastro endoscopy done. Syp cremaffin plus 2 tsf daily in night 10 pm.

Exercise is good for overall health, helps to keep fit. But gas formation is usually related to dietary habit. Stomach problems are mostly due to Irregular/ unhygienic food habits. Change your food habits, Eat your meals at regular intervals, avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks/excessive tea/coffee/alcohol.Dairy products (which contain lactose), legumes (such as beans), and cruciferous vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage). These foods increase intestinal gas. Avoid these things if possible Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water.

The gas problem you have could be secondary to acid peptic disease. Taking antacid like tab prilosec otc one in the morning before breakfast for a week would help. Also avoid spicy foods. Take food at regular timings and avoid junk foods. Stress also is one of the contributor to such gas related problems. Find a way like meditation or yoga to get de-stressed regularly. Wish you good health.

Ayurvedic Tips To Cure Indigestion!

One of the most common health problems people have is indigestion. And this is the rootcause for indigestion.

The digestive tract or system is one of the most important organs of the body. Ayurveda relies on the rhythms and functions of the body to find the rootcause of ailments. Indigestion usually occurs because of bad daily habits & less physical activity.

There are many ways to treat to indigestion in an ayurvedic way. Let us look at the top tips for the same:

  1. Timely intake of meals: For better digestion, one must take meals at the same time everyday. Also, do not sit down for the next meal before the previous meal has been digested properly.
  2. Sleep: Sleep is a major factor that cure stress and creates a balance of sorts in one's routine, thus aiding proper digestion.
  3. Exercise: Some form of movement and exercise is imperative to keep the digestive system in prime working condition. Walk and yoga especially are ideal to boost one's digestive health.
  4. Aloe vera: An ounce of aloe vera a day will keep indigestion away. Break off, a leaf and scoop some gel into a smoothie for smooth digestion.
  5. Turmeric: Haldi or turmeric helps in reducing bloating and is one of the most commonly used spices found in ayurveda. This spice is a staple in indian cooking as well, where pretty much all dishes are seasoned with cooked turmeric.
  6. Meditation: This is one of the best ways to give digestion a positive push with a good dose of mindfulness and awareness for better balance in the body.
  7. Avoiding unhealthy food: One must avoid unhealthy food that are excessively fried, fatty, sweet or cold so as to aid the digestive fires in doing their job effectively.
  8. Triphala: This combination of three fruits ensures that your digestive system remains in good working condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome explained in detail

Hi I am Dr Chhavi Bansal and I am practicing homeopathy at Homeo Sure in Pritampura. Today I would like to discuss about irritable bowel syndrome.

Most of us do not know the disease by its name but its symptoms are very well known to us. Most commonly symptoms produced by this disease are Sensation of being full all the time, bloated sensation, being more windy, Bouts of constipation and diarrhea, unsatisfactory stool, sensation of discomfort, weakness and stool etc. All these symptoms point towards irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome is one of the emerging diseases because of the poor lifestyle we are all living.

It is a very much functional disorder which is basically deranges the brain cut access. Which leads to some kind of disturbances in the functioning of digestive system. Now coming to what causes irritable bowel syndrome. It is a very much functional disorder so there is no pathology involved behind this. It is because of certain things which then affects the functioning of the digestive system. Like if a person is very much prone to Stress anxieties and disappointments. It also deranges the brain access or if a person is having a very poor lifestyle eating unhealthy food or it can happen after some kind of gastric infections as well. So the management would include controlling the same.

Letting go the stress free life which is quite difficult But still can be managed regular physical workouts and maintaining The routine and Taking a healthy diet containing Much of fruits and vegetables. It is also being found that the people who take probiotics Are less prone to these diseases because Probiotics Promote gut bacteria. Coming to the homoeopathic management of irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome is a disease which is very well managed and controlled with homeopathy.

It is the functional disorder Which has no Treatment in any kind of petty. Because it basically need to treat your constitution. It is your constitution that predisposes you to develop irritable bowel syndrome. A person who is more prone to take anxiety and stress are going to develop to irritable bowel syndrome earlier than the individual who keeps herself or himself calm. Homeopathy is the only system of medicine which basically treats the constitution and has wonderfully treated a lot of cases of irritable bowel syndrome.

In any other query related to in any other query related to irritable bowel syndrome feel free to consult me through lybrate.

First get you self checked thoroughly. Low blood pressure can suggest some heart disease. In diet, add 3 litres of water, 600 ml of lemon water with salt, 200 g. of fruits and some 20 g of chocolates ( yes, chocolates for magnesium).

Hello, Thanks for your query. Try an over-the-counter medicine containing simethicone, which helps to break down gas bubbles. You can try a process of elimination by substituting a gassy food for a non-gassy one, and see which one is giving you the most trouble. A few basic substitutions: • Rice milk for cow’s milk • Bananas, blueberries and melon for apples, peaches and plums • Gluten-free and spelt cereals and bread for wheat and rye products • Bamboo shoots, bok choy, carrot, celery, corn, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, chives, parsnip, pumpkin, and tomato for artichokes, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, okra, onions, and peas. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
