If penis penetrated in vagina & secretions released in vagina during ovulation period , then there may be chances of pregnancy, better to take unwanted 72 pill within 72 hours after unprotected sex, best luck

Hello, if pregnancy is ruled out which is to be done with serum beta hcg test and not urine pregnancy test, then the deal is likely due to stress induced hormonal imbalances and you should be waiting for atleast a week more to allow your menses to return naturally.

Do a ultrasonography to see in there is something to worry or not. You can take some tablets like tb. Meftal spas if you are not allergic to it during your periods.

Therefore, to reduce the pain, I usually take painkillers-meftal spas or panadol. If 1 tube was operated, and other tube is ok, your wife has 100% chance of getting pregnant. To be sure get a test called hsg done, gyne doctor injects a dye through mouth of uterus and x ray of abdomen is taken, this test serves 2 purposes -therapeutic & diagnostic, if normal tube is blocked due to body secretions, dye opens it and we have a clear picture about status of both tubes. Cost -3000-5000/- only, test done just after periods are over, does not need anesthesia if woman is cooperative, total time in clinic -15 minutes to half an hour, report given simultaneously.

Hello, you have not mentioned the name of the medicine and also not mentioned if your menses have been regular or irregular. Also mention if any hormonal profile has been done for you. Before any investigation for wife a semen analysis of the husband should be done.
