I am 65 now suddenly getting knee joint and back pain when standing more time how to eliminate these with minimum of exercise and less medication.
Suddenly knee stiff then slowly my dad leg started paining he was walk with difficulty then pain increasing day by day taken X ray it found synovial fluid reduced to an intermediate level now it happens more than 14 days pain still my family Dr. given temporary basis vaidyanath mahanarayan oil to apply on knees may I know further test required furthermore staging rheumatic pain from hip to leg and it start at night more my dad is 56 years now tell me Dr. what is solutions to partiality reduce pain.
How to I correct my knee knots (joints) according to Defence criteria knee joints doesn't touch each other for balance. Is any exercise to correct knee joints? Or other remedies?
