Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: Apply some apple cider vinegar: Directions for use: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. For further queries get back to me.

Most of the times internal treatment is also required and to be true if internal treatment is done well. Your skin will automatically become beautiful and spotless. You should take homeopathic medicine for best results. Sir or mam I have a certain unwanted fat on face and if I goes on defatting it through cosmetic surgery then for some time or some months it will be ok and when again due to some time face again got fatty then fattnes would again come over there is this right of right then how to rid of it please advice me sir mam my weight is 58 right now I am worried when I will got 70 then sir fatness would come and again condition would be same as earlier.

Do not burn the goods in your godown restrict in manufacturing. That is possible with ayurvedic medicine. You can start with khadirarstha 10 ml + mahamanjisthadi 10 ml + water 20 ml after lunch & dinner.

After my epilepsy treatment, I am in depression. Please suggest a way to come out of it.

If you are feeling worthlessness, sadness and lack of hope than you may be suffering from depression. It is a debilitating condition that can prevent you from enjoying your life. Although it may be difficult to enjoy previous feeling of happiness. You can take control of your depression by increasing social support, changing your thinking and by increasing your physical health. These are the method to overcome it. 1. Talk to a psychologist /psychiatrist/therapist a psychologist or a therapist will be able to help you work through the issues you are going through at this time. He or she will also educate you about your depression and will further guide you the right line of action to be taken. 2. Spend time with positive people social support is crucial to getting out of a depression and can be very helpful for you to cope with stress full life. Support from positive people can also help to reduce negative thoughts that lead to depression. Please find those people in your life who make a positive impact on your daily functioning. Your friends, family members or co-members should be encouraging and you should enjoy their company. Please go out and do small small things with them [ like listening music, watching movies, walking, reading etc.]. Please create distance with people you know cause you anxiety or who are not supportive. Spending time with them will surely worsen your condition and make it harder to feel enthusiastic about recovery. Plan a short vacation with positive people. 3. Physical contact hug a friend hold hands play with your pet or dog 4. Always think positive and realistically negative thoughts are trademark of depression. This means you get struck thinking the same negative thoughts over and over again. Write down all the bad negative thoughts you have and create a positive thought for each negative thought you wrote down. For example I am ugly, please write I am unique and beautiful. I dont need any approval. 5. Compliment yourself for small small things. 6. Please avoid alcohol, cigarettes or any kind of substance abuse.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Dear, your present weight for your age and height is just right. The weight loss could be due to the gym that you did a year back. But if continues to fall gradually, you will need to get some work up done or visit your doctor for that. Yes diabetes can occur at this age also. If you have not been having a balanced healthy diet, that also, could be a cause of weight loss.

I am 54 year old having back pain due to prolapse disc L5-S1. Pain is radiating towards left leg. There is pain in the left leg and numbness. Injury occurred 20 years back. Pain has aggravated in recent past.

Get an mri and consult an orthopaedician or physical therapist for revaluation, your management would be planned according to the level of disc protrusion if it has reoccurred. All the best.

My bp is 130/90 and Blood reports shows FBS is 119 and PLBS is 171. Kindly advise ether for both any single table is available. Or without the tablet the disease can be controlled. It is necessary to take tablet.

Dear lybrate-user, Thnks for the query. Please understand that your sugar reports are more significant than BP. If you are worried about the single blood sugar report, please go for HbA1C, which will give you an average of last 3 months. If it is more than 6, difinitely you have to take medicines for Diabetes. Your weight is more, and you come in the Obese category. If you can reduce your weight by 15-20 kg, may be the load on your pancreas will reduce and the Diabetes will come down. It is a slightly complicated issue. It is my sincere advice to please contact me at least once to talk in detail. Or you may also consult a dietician for the same Regards.

Just 2 months back I have undergone angeo plenty and stent where kept, but I i can not quit smoking a day am smoking around 6 cigrrates , what will happen if I smoke like this to heart and life.

Dear lybrate-user, your cardiologist must have told about the risk of another heart attack and stent if you continue smoking. They would have advised also how much of further risk comes down if you quit smoking. Quitting nicotine is under your control - modifiable risk factor. You can take your decision on it. If you have decided to quit, please take the help of nicotine replacement as gum or patch fro decreasing dose of gum or patch. This is mainly to reduce the craving by controlling the withdrawal symptoms. You can also take buproprion 150 mg twice a day to reduce the craving for nicotine for 7 12 weeks. Both are available over the counter without doctor's prescription. If you are not motivated enough, please consult a psychiatrist who will do motivational enhancement therapy weekly for 12 weeks or so. All the best. All the best. Hello, it should not feel as sprained but often there are vaginal lacerations which heal with granulation tissue and can cause some uncomfortable feeling for long but spraining a vagina is not seen.

I am 18 years old, generally I ll go to bed late nights and wake up late in mornings. There isn't any particular timings I follow to sleep. Does this effect my activeness in remaining time of my day? I want to stick with perfect sleep timings. IF I make a habit now does this disturb my internal clock cycle? Suggest me the best way to rest my biological cycle.

hello if u make changes it will not harm u at all. u will be benefited. also make a time table of all the daily routeine. it will help u. do regular exercises early morning. this will give u energy.
