Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hi Lybrate user You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result.

The fat on the face tends to go quickly when you start exercising/ brisk walking/ running. I would suggest you to start it and also eat lots of fibres in your diet and cut out on juices and milk shakes etc.

First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *Drink lots of green Tea *Never ever eat sugar *Eat whole foods *Eat all the vegetables you want *Eat 5 small meals a day (This includes snacks) *Do not eat anything after 7PM *do1/2hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking ) *Eat the good fat (olive oil, *Get 8 hours sleep *Minimize stress *Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. Hi..both thing are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking..and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy high fibre diet .. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. Maximum intake of green tea and water.. Take high fibre low sugar low fat low salt diet.. Avoid refined and fatty food.. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm..

Hello lybrate-user that is a very good question you have asked! I would suggest a whole foods plant based vegan diet for maximum results. If you are already vegetarian, cutting out milk and milk products completely from your diet, would make you vegan. The first thing you need to avoid is oil, that's why I suggest" whole foods" oil is processed and is full of trans-fats. In place of oil, you can add grated coconut to your vegetables, or peanuts, or even mustard seeds and sunflower seeds. They give you the necessary fats in a" whole" unprocessed form. This will help in weight loss and reducing belly fat. Having herbal teas like tulsi tea will also greatly help in reducing the tummy. You need fibre, so have brown rice instead of white rice. Have fruits at least half an hour before meals. Consume legumes and beans and pulses. All in all, avoid processed, boxed foods.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
