Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Abdominal crunches, yoga, swimming are some of exercise which you can start. Avoid red meat, fried junk and processed foods. Include fiber rich foods. Keep sipping water. Supplements like fiber can help you support in weight loss.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

15 Kg weight loss would be great for your health. With increasing age our metabolism keeps slowing down thus leading to weight gain. You may consider checking your blood thyroid levels. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones. Replace simple carbs like sugar, maida, rice, bread, biscuits with complex carbs like whole fruits, vegetables, atta, bajra, dalia, suji, oats, barley, ragi, jowar. Drink 3 litres water daily. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ canned/ fried/ sugary foods/ soft drinks/ alcohol. Avoid excess salt consumption. Prefer home made foods to street/ outside foods. Exercise daily for 60 mins.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time . 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits . 7) avoid coffee and tea. 8) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength. A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 10 gms of barley seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

No sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks as these turns into fat.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like swimming,skipping,push,ups,sit ups,plank,squats.Eat small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Take lots is watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take small amount of unrefined foods.Use more protein rich foods for weight loss.Add small amount of fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Stay stress free and take quality sleep.These will help you

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi lybrate-user The real problem occurs when a person who is on weight loss regime, have to lose belly or abdominal fat. All the exercises, jogs, food, diet plans, etc work great on our body except on the belly. The stubborn belly fat is the hardest one to reduce and take months to get in shape. You need to follow different diet plans and exercises to reduce belly fat. And we have some tips for you on how to reduce belly fat. Say no to sugar Avoid sugary food and beverages if you want to cut down the abdominal or belly fat. They are extremely unhealthy and can badly affect the metabolic health. Sugar is half fructose and half glucose, fructose only be metabolized by liver, so wherever you eat refined sugar, it turns into fat due to increased level of fructose in liver. The large amount of fructose accumulates fat in the belly which can further lead to obesity, liver fat, metabolic problems and diabetes. No carbs Studies have shown that restricting carbs from the diet help in weight loss and show the effective results in few days. Cutting carbs lowers the appetite and help in weight reduction. A person should go for a low carb diets instead of only sticking to low fat diet. One need to follow and eat a healthy and balanced diet to achieve the weight loss goal.
