. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Yograj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Rasna-erandadi kashay 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

No need to worry dear. Your mother needs rest. She should do some quadricep exercise. Better to take hot water fomentation. Slr. Knee banding. Quadricep strengthening exercise. Twice daily.

Mild compression at L5-S1 may or may not be the cause of your pain since 2011. There has to be other Biomechanical Cause behind your pain, hence your disc Problem need not be addressed because It's not always the cause of your pain, so there are other factors which needs to be scrutinized such as your Lumbar Curvature (one of the most vital reason to look for any anomalies which is one of the cause behind pain ), other factors like Spinal Muscle Tightness like Quadratus Lumborum, Multifidus, etc or weakness of Spinal Muscles or Pelvis Muscles can also lead to pain. Pelvis Rotation often called as Anterior Pelvic Tilt or Posterior Pelvis tilt, Sacral forward or backward Rotation can also lead to pain, which is most commonly seen in our daily clinical practice. Piriformis muscle tightness can also give rise to chronic pain when left unaddressed. Even your ankle joint anomaly or Calf muscle Tightness can also lead to low back pain. So as per the MRI report, the mild disc compression can be useless unless you go through a thorough examination under a skilled Orthopedic Physiotherapist. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

due to neck ya shoulder strain if chest X-Ray is normal. avoid strain full activity like gym heavy Weight. bad posture. tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation

Hi, I am a hypo thyroid patient. Struggling to lose weight from quite sometime, not getting results. I can not do heavy workouts or aerobics bcz of knee ligament injury in last year. You take following navaka guggulu 3 tabs morning and evening. With hot water medohara vidangadi loha 2 tabs morning and I tab evening. Always drink hot water regularly. Review after one month.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Coital pain is mostly due to dry vagina. And more you are terrified it will remain dry. A vicious cycle. Lubrication is a must before penetration. Give more time on foreplay. Once the vagina gets moist. That is the right time for penetration. Discuss this problem with your husband as he may not be aware of your pain. You can choose lubricant jelly from a pharmacy which will be helpful. Even saliva is a good choice. Sometimes vaginal pain occurs due to vaginal muscle spasm called Vaginismus. Doctors don't know exactly why vaginismus happens. It's usually linked to anxiety and fear of having sex. But it's unclear which came first, the vaginismus or the anxiety. Treatment Women with vaginismus can do exercises, in the privacy of their own home, to learn to control and relax the muscles around the vagina. The approach is called progressive desensitization, and the idea is to get comfortable with insertion. First, do Kegel exercises by squeezing the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine when urinating. Squeeze the muscles. Hold for 2 seconds. Relax the muscles. Do about 20 Kegels at a time. You can do them as many times a day as you want to. Other medical problems like infections can also cause painful intercourse. Treatment will be done according to diagnosis.

It might be of muscle strain or of pathological reasons do Take UST and IFT for pain relief for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist Best wishes.

You need to quit smoking as smoking causes cancer. The pain you are suffering is due to toxic wastes of cigarrette getting deposited in spine of the neck. The nerves emerging from spine are getting pinched. You need to learn some neck exercises for pain relief. To learn those you can send a personal message.

I have pain in buttocks while sitting since last 15 days now. I visited a orthopedician and he did a physical exam. Range of motion is normal. I can walk on my heels & toes, do a forward bend or backward bend comfortably. There is no tenderness on palpation anywhere.
