Hi, I am 38 years old male. From past 2 years I have frequent chest pain normally on the upper left side. I do have left arm numbness too. A back ache which feels better when stretched. I have cervical spondylitis from past 5 years. I have been to cardiologist but he says all is well and I do not need to worry. My ECG is always normal. Might be spondylitis, acidity or anxiety. However you may get a TMT test for cardiac workup. Adopt healthy diet and exercise and avoid all forms of tobacco. This will help you regardless of whether you have disease presently or not. Regards.
