Start your day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase your metabolism. Don't skip your breakfast which increase your appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In your diet. Hi, negative energy balance is necessary. Only exercise is not sufficient to reduce weight. You should follow a strict diet chart.

Discipline in eating, exercising and sleeping, all are important to stay fit. Start by cutting out refined carbohydrates, baked items, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Avoid sugar, jaggery,honey in any form. Also avoid sweet fruits like mangoes, banana,grapes, cheekoo etc. Take lots of vegetables and salad. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Maintain ideal body weight. Exercise regularly.

You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual.
