Take high fiber food. Like vegetable salads, fruits, soluble fibers like oats. High protein and low carbohydrates foods are recommend to you. Take 4 lt water per day. For more details please consult online thru Lybrate.

I following diet and working out still am nt loosing my weight and am gaining weight.
For reducing weight, food plays important role. You need to avoid all packed and processed foods (foods purchased in ready to eat form). Have 50% of your food intake in the form of fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds. You will lose your weight gradually.

I'm 23 years old women who has 2 Children under 2. And both my delivery was c section. Now my 2nd baby is only 3months old (it was an pre mature baby which is only 34 weeks old). I was 55 kg at my conception of my end baby but now its 74 kg. I wanna get my body back to fit. Can anyone suggest diet method or exercise to loose my weight? And correct time to start exercise after c section.

Some people put on weight after delivery due to over feeding of ghee, butter and dry fruits by relatives/ families. Such over consumption of rich food should be avoided. Your body needs just 25% extra calories for baby's milk. Avoid all types of fried foods and sweets. Take more fresh fruits - 3 per day. Also take more water, milk, butter milk. Eat light meals with lot of proteins. Do daily walk of 20-30 mins if possible. You can target a weight reduction of 2 kgs per month and get down to your ideal weight in 8-10 months.

1. Aim for permanent weight loss by change in food habits/lifestyle. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. Take 10-15 almonds per day. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 5. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in each meals. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Belly fat can reduce with reduced intake of carbohydrates, sugar etc. Do daily abs exercise for 20 mins, in addition to 40 mins of intense aerobic exercise. You can refer to abs exercises from Youtube channels like Fitnessblender, Bowflex etc.

Hello, I want to loose weight but want to increase breast size. Is it possible? How would it be possible?
If you desire to lose weight healthily, I would advise you to do it with wholesome diet and exercise. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1)Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor and to confirm exact pathology do few investigations like [CBC with differential, Lipid profile, Fasting blood sugar and ECG] 2)Discuss with your Doctor about weight loss medication like [ALLSLIM-120MG]after every meal to reduce your weight and follow few lifestyle modifications like this- a)Exercise regularly. You need to get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week to prevent weight gain. Moderately intense physical activities include fast walking. b)Follow a healthy eating plan. Focus on low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid saturated fat and limit sweets and alcohol. Eat three regular meals a day with limited snacking. You can still enjoy small amounts of high-fat, high-calorie foods as an infrequent treat. Just be sure to choose foods that promote a healthy weight and good health most of the time. Consult with your dietician to make a diet chart. c)Know and avoid the food traps that cause you to eat. Identify situations that trigger out-of-control eating. Try keeping a journal and write down what you eat, how much you eat, when you eat, how you're feeling and how hungry you are. After a while, you should see patterns emerge.
