Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Yes, a diabetic person can eat egg, chicken and rice but in moderation which should be decided by the patient himself honestly. He can eat all fruits except some sweet fruits with high glycemic index like mangoes, grapes,cheekoo, banana etc. He can take protein, fats and carbohydrates. One should keep it in mind that every constituents of food gets converted into glucose to provide energy. Body of diabetic person is not able to metabolize glucose because of deficiency of insulin or resistance to its action. Hence vegetables, salad,whole grain flour are more suitable for them. Regular exercise is must for these persons should be kept in mind.

Basil (Tulsi) plant is regarded as holy plant in our culture and is woshiped by us. There are some studies showing that its seeds consumption by diabetics can increase in insulin secretion but not proved by larger studies. In my openion there is no harm in using it.

Hi Lybrate user Use Ashwagandhadi leham 10gm two times a day with milk empty stomach. Take plenty of dry fruits. Take Nutrional proteinious easily digestable fibre Rich diet. Do light exercise Yoga cycling swimming to boost up your digestive power. Tc Thanks Regards.

Please avoid fatty food use amla +aloverajuice 20mlwith 20 ml water before food early morning medhohar Vati 2-2 before food cap ayurslim 1-1 after food (Himalaya) after one month you reduce 4-6 kg weight.

You have not mentioned your eight exactly. Usually height is increased upto 21 years. To increase weight you require to consume high calory diet. To increase height stretcing exercises, vollyball,basketball, skipping are helpful.
