What is the difference between omagh 3 and omagh 9 and what is the benefit of this.
You should use oil good in omega9 for cooking. Take omega 3 as supplement or foods rich in them like fish, flaxseeds walnuts.

Since 15 days I don't feel hungry in daytime but I feel hungry in the evening so for full day I am without food intake what will be reason behind this. Is it because of stressful work lifestyle? Please advise.

Stress and too much work pressure might be the reason. But make sure you have a proper nutritious breakfast before you start your day. It will keep you energetic the whole day and will also help in relieving stress. Not eating whole day and eating only at night will also reduce your metabolism and you may start gaining weight. So have small frequent meals 5-6 times a day.

There is no problem in eating fruits before lunch but eating all things at a time can make can make one meal heavy. Give at least one hour gap between midmeal and lunch. Banana does not make fat if eaten singly not with meals.

Fix your meal timings. Have 5-6 small meals per day. A balanced diet is one which contain 6-11 servings of cereals (preferably whole grains)(one serving is equal to one roti or one small bowl of rice (20 grams) or one slice of bread), 6-7 servings of fruits and vegetables (in the form of fruit, cooked vegetables and salads), 2-3 servings of legumes or lean meats, 2-3 servings of low fat or skimmed milk or milk products and 1-2 servings of fats like oil (1 serving is equal to 5gms i. E 1tsp).

Whey protein as supplement for weight gain is good. But you have to do some exercise preferably weight training along with high protein diet to build up muscles and gain weight.

Eat a low fat diet. Have more of proteins like pulses, beans, lean meats (chicken and fish)(not in fried forms), skimmed milk. Eat less of breads, burger, chips, pakoras, pizzas etc. Have more vegetables in diet.

6 eggs might cause too much heat. Take 4 full eggs and 2 glasses low fat milk these two are best quality protiens.
