Knee pain As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason the knee goes for genu recurvatum which is nothing but backward bowing of legs. Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. 2 kgs a month is definitely feasible and can easily be done. For this, make sure that you avoid all outside food completely. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Consume less rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Along with this, exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you. Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style.
