Dull skin may occur due to multiple reasons such as lifestyle factors and other environmental factors. It makes you look tired and older; this is due to the presence of dead cells on the skin which does not allow the light to reflect properly off your skin. Facials are very helpful in getting rid of dull skin by improving your complexion and circulation. It cleans the pores, removes dead cells, making you look your age, or even younger. Here are some facial treatments for various skin types:

  1. If oily skin is your woe: If you have oily skin, you can exfoliate your skin using an exfoliating jelly that contains vanilla and alginate (also known as alginic acid) that removes impurities, blackheads and whiteheads from your skin. You can also use a face mask that consists of clay and align (chemical extracted from brown seaweed) that helps in preserving the skin moisture and tightening the pores on your skin. The procedures help in getting rid of impurities and have a soothing effect on the skin as well.
  2. Fight dry skin: Dry skin problems such as wrinkles necessitate a hydrate and restore facial. This begins with an exfoliation to remove the dead cells from the topmost layer (epidermis) of the skin. Once the facial is complete, a massage cream is applied that helps in regenerating new skin cells. A vitamin C serum is then applied to make your skin supple and moisturized.
  3. For combination skin: If you are a person who has the worst of both worlds; dry and oily, then you should opt for a procedure that treats both at one go. A balancing facial that exfoliates the skin using ‘micro-dermabrasion’ (a procedure that involves spraying crystals with exfoliative properties on the face in order to eliminate dead cells of the epidermis) and using a serum to add nourishment to your skin can prove to be very effective. This procedure results in a healthy and radiant complexion.
  4. Skin that has been affected by the sun: For skin that has been affected by the sun, you can opt for a de-tan facial that will remove the dullness of your skin. Micro dermabrasion is used to exfoliate the skin and then a de-tan process is done. Aloe Vera is used to soothe and moisturize the skin followed by application of a vitamin C serum. A face mask with applied to lighten the complexion of the skin. This is also applicable for skin that has been affected by pollution.

Face becomes bigger only if you gain fat and getting fat to make your face look bigger ,is not a good idea. You might have observed that there are body builders with huge bodies but faces are not big.

You have a problem with extreme fear and I suspect that it has its origins somewhere in childhood. You will need to meet a counselor and work on this fear and your emotions in general. It will definitely help for you to start vigorous aerobic exercise immediately. Exercise will make your heart grow larger and an enlarged heart will pump blood more efficiently and with fewer beats to reach all parts of your body. Any species with a slower heart beat live longer. Besides, everytime you are afraid to this extent, your body will release the stress hormone, cortisol, and make your body gear up for emergency many times unnecessarily. Hello dear. Please follow these steps to overcome with you depression and anxiety. I always wish I knew whether people had health insurance when they ask this question. The first answer is always to see a doctor or a psychiatrist and get a diagnosis which will allow them to try to find medications that can help you. But this never works if you don't have health insurance and can't afford to see a doctor or psychiatrist. This is true far too often in the United States, and even more so in many non-first-world nations and even in places like the UK, for example. It surprises me how even there people have trouble accessing health care. So if you can't get access to health care, there are still things you can do. Exercise is probably the first on everyone's list. Try to get at least an hour a day of exercise. It is better if you raise your heart rate. Get proper sleep. Usually that means 8 hours a night. Go to bed at the same time each night. It helps if you are in a habit. Eat healthily. Not too many fats. Lots of vegetables. I'm not great on diet advice, but eat fresh foods, straight off the farm, as much as possible. Do meditation and yoga and take mindfulness courses. Sometimes these classes are free, but often they don't cost that much. These things affect your mind in a way that causes the same result as medications do. Practice yoga and meditation seriously, and it will have a big benefit for almost all people. In addition, you can combine meditation and exercise by doing things like dance classes or flowing yoga. Five Rhythms, Salsa, Ballroom, and even club dancing (without the drugs), can alter your state of mind in such a way that it gives you temporary relief from the depression. If you play an instrument, play it as much as you can. It has a similar beneficial effect on your brain activity. It relieves depression at least temporarily. And temporary relief is better than none. Another thing people often do is volunteer work. Helping in a soup kitchen or working in a community garden or any of a variety of things. Helping other people makes you feel useful, and most depressed feel generally feel about as useless as can be. So feeling useful for a moment is another way to gain relief and in addition, it gives you contact with others in social situations. Gardening is helpful, too. And if you can't garden, just get your fingers dirty with compost every once in a while. There are bacteria in the compost that seem to have a beneficial effect on people with depression. I don't know how it works, but there is research about it that you could look up if you like. And come on, I've just given you permission to play in the dirt. What's not to like? I do every single one of these things. From meds to gardening. I have been able to stay out of depression for two years now. I'm ready to get off my meds, in fact. I think that I can stay healthy without meds. Depression was the most horrible experience in my life. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It takes a lot of work to get out of it. But it's a special kind of work -- not just doing things in the world, but also doing things with the way you think. I had to let go of the idea that I could control the way I think. I had to accept that I was depressed. I had to give myself permission to fail. Because it is only when I forgave myself for being a bad person that I could start to recover. It's a weird mental jujitsu. My mind took all my energy in fighting depression, and turned it around to feed the depression. When I stopped fighting it, my mind had less energy to keep the depression going, and this left me with more energy to do things that make me healthy. I fought by not fighting. Sounds counter intuitive, but I've found a lot of people resonate with this idea. And for exam time. Keep your eye on the ball! It's easier to do your assignments if you are in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Stay in your pajamas, make yourself some coffee or tea, put on some music, light a candle. And try to stay motivated. Start a hobby, join a club, meet some new people. Give yourself a reason every night to get up the next day. You can do it!
