Sir mujhe weather change hone se cold ho jata h. Nose bnd ho jata h. I think its seasonal infection. Please suggest me what should I do.

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment.-Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily.

Will taking a booster dose of hepatitis b do any harm even if the person has good immunity level (98.61mlu/ml? Wife is suffering from hepatitis b and I just want to make sure that I am safe. What does a booster dose really do?

booster dose meansbit is the last dose or the regime of vaccination of hepatitis B which gives you life long immunity for hepatitis B.and it is safe else you can consult a hepatolologist.or medical specialist..hepatitis B vaccination is safe and effective.

1. Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 2.put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 3.Take Viscodyne D syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily. 4.If no relief, you have to take antibiotic. 5.Consult me for advice

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ars alb 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Food consumption depends according to your lifestyle and type of activities you are engaged in. A balanced diet which has all the nutrients like carbohydrate, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals etc at regular intervals of three to four hours is good.
