For weight gain you have to follow a good diet. You should take good protein diet after workout& alsoyou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. You have to include these foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

Respected sir/mam, I'm getting frequent fever and throat infection followed with body pain, headache and weakness, almost since last 2-3 year I get this every 40-50 days, I don't smoke cigarette but do hookah kind of once or twice a week. I have consulted general physician or ent but most of the reports are normal and they give a course of antibiotic medicine usually. Please help and and suggest appropriate treatment. Thank you.

No details of reports . See a consulting physician for proper clinical examination, all relevant investigations, and diagnosis of exact cause of disease. You may also see ENT Specialist for evidence of chronic pharyngitis, Tonsillitis or Septic Tonsillitis. Keep a thermometer and diary and record temp with a good thermometer whenever felt. See these doctors regularly for follow up. and advice.

Hello, •Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to enshape your whole body.    •Take, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.• 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies and 1 bowl of curds in lunch,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Food is best medicine instead of taking medicine which are not safe and may have side effects you should consult dietitian. Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress Quit smoking or drinking if any do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

My height is 5'11" &my weight is 90. My problem is reduce weight in 1 month because I have selection in may.. For selections max weight.. Is. 75.. Can you give suggestion for weight loss of 15 kgs in one month.. And in the matter of dieting impossible sir due to I am practising running so.. Physically I want energy.. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

This can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test and take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
