Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

5.5 it's not too much short height. For more increase of height you do daily jumping as well as hanging exercise. Eat daily jaggery as wel as tila 3-4 times. Weight gain - eat-sprout, fruits, all types of dal which is having more protein. Egg, soyabean also good for weight. Medicine -kushmandavleha 2tbs for three times a day. Hey, I'm on my menstrual cycle since yesterday and I had a very severe pain for the first time. Today when I went out in the noon time for juice. I nearly fainted and since then i'm feeling weak. Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. My mother died of liver cancer a few years ago. And from a few days I am having a bit loose motion and my digestive track is not working properly. After eating slight rich dish am having loose motion. The loose motion is associated with pain in various parts of the abdomen, sometimes right sometimes left and sometimes in the middle portion. Am upset and worried about my health; I am not able to concentrate on my studies due to this trauma. I have started taking Liv52 on my own without any prescription and looking forward to take Zandu Pancharist. Hi lybrate-user. Sorry to hear about your mother's death. Your problem is that off and on, you have been having loose motions but you have not specified that weather in between there are episodes of constipation as well. The symptoms that you have related could be irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome is a condition where our mental agony and stress affects the motion of our intestines or bowel. There are frequent episodes of loose motions in this problem and relief from mental stress actually improves the symptoms. So while the manifestation of problem is from the bowel but the focus area for treatment is the mind. Your first statement in the question is about your mother dying of liver cancer. But after that statement there is nothing in the question that relates to that first statement. Perhaps in your mind you suffer from the agony that you may also have cancer in future. Well, I believe first of all you should free yourself from such a thought. You are a 20 year young adult and there is no reason or rhyme that you should have thoughts on the possibility of suffering from cancer. Your symptoms are more related to indigestion and irritability of your digestive system rather than anything serious. Hence I would highly recommend that you unwind yourself and believe me when I say that your problem is stress. Hope my answer helps you. Regards.

So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking.

Firstly be confident of yourself. Don't compare with others. Dont compare with film stars... Strength and Stamina are important... bulky muscles are not important. Players like Sachin or Virat don't have any bulging muscles. You can add some addtional things to your diet 1. 20 grams of Almonds or Peanuts everyday. 2. Two glasses of full cream milk with honey. 3. Four dates and 10 raisins. 4. Do chinups and pushups regularly for shoulders shape and strength. Feel good about yourself. Be positive... Smile a lot... These are the things that matter the most.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user it is impossible to loose 15kgs weight in 1 month, if at all you are eating only fruits or drinking water and loosing weight it's not a healthy weight loss you will face other health issues. So please don't expect to loose weight in shortcuts. Healthy weight loss will be only 2-3 kgs per month by following a proper diet.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

It's better to avoid medicine for gaining weight and I will suggest you to follow Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
