Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. hello Prashant let me clear this first simply eating more means you will gain more weight this funda never works. to put on weight you should go for weight gaining panchakarma (bruhan) therapy. which will clear your channel of digestive system. and you will start absorbing more through sufficient food. alomg with that you should go for yoga which mantains that weight.

The most important thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body needs. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. If youâ?re trying to gain weight, aim for 1. 5 â? 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. You can even go above that if your calorie intake is very high. High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet. Do follow these.Eat more foods frequently.Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat dense fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Include more dark leafy vegetables,banana,lentil fortified cereals,peanuts,sprouts,peanut,rice,dried beans,tofu,liver,meat,shrimp,oyster,spinach,almond,apple,beetroot.Take plenty of citrus fruits.Take nuts,seeds.Use whole cream milk.Take weight gainer supplement.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Use ghee,butter,cream,cheese with food.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Stay stress free and quality sleep.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut. Homoeopathic medicine ALFAMALT ( SBL) Drink 2 spoon 3 times daily for 2 months.

Hye.  Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

You need to follow certain things to gain your weight. Firstly, eat a balanced diet with good quality protein foods with a lot of fiber and pufa. Secondly, do regular exercise or physical activity which will help you to increase your appetite. Thirdly, modify your lifestyle. Take food at a proper time. Hey. Thank you for your query. Weight gain is all about a balance of right nutrition and exercise. Here are some tips for you to get started: Eat a lot – This sounds much easier than it really is. Whatever you’re eating now, you should probably double it. If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal. This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry. Not just any calories though. Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. You could easily get lots of calories eating burgers and pastries, and drinking aerated drinks but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Carbs will help you put on weight along with protein, roti, rice, wheat bread, bajra or jowar, etc. Will help you put on weight. Every meal should have vegetables and fruit. If you just eat protein, your body will resort to using it for energy rather than building muscle. Just taking protein shakes thrice a day will give NOTHING. Unless you’re eating tons of good fats (peanuts, almonds, ghee, cream), good carbs (fruits and veggies, whole grains), and protein, you won’t be gaining weight. Keep track of everything you eat – input your stats and start to track every one of your meals. It will tell you if you’re eating enough calories, enough protein, and enough carbs. Compound exercises are your friend– Concentrate on complex, compound exercises that recruit as many muscles as possible. Appearance is a consequence of fitness – Concentrate on being really strong and lifting heavy weights, and your body will follow suit. Let your muscles rest – never exercise the same muscle two days in a row. Your muscles get rebuilt (larger) during your days off, so never exercise the same muscle before it’s ready. Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. Cardio alone is not going to help– Running long distances isn’t going to help you. If you’re going to run, do sprints or run up a hill. Keep your distance cardio to a minimum if you want to put on some pounds. Make it part of your routine. It’s okay to skip a workout here and there, but it is NOT okay for you to skip a meal if you’re serious about weight gain. You need to be always eating. Realize you will put on some fat – with all of this eating, you are going to be putting on some fat along with your muscle. That’s okay!
