Be natural as it will last and not synthetic products which has limited period of action. Take chicken (400 gm) daily in your diet eggs (4 half boiled). Fruits any one daily. 2 glass of full cream milk. 4 times meal - with ghee. Keep bowels clear. However please try to burn the extra calories you are taking as food. yes. take gokshura powder, 1 tsf in a glass of hot milk in the morning. Take 1 tsf of aniseeds, 1 tsf in the morning with a glass of water. continue aniseeds for 15 days and gokshura powder for 2 months. good luck

Hi Asim... you need to drink around 3-4 liters water a day... And avoid drinking too much water with food.. This is all... there is no special benefits other than that... To keep fit there are many other things to cosider..
