Dear lybrate-user. The difference between the two is of the knife. Laser does not need a knife for the procedure. Surgical excision does need one. Go for Laser.

Laser surgery is something which do not cause much pain or cut etc. And surgical excision can be painful and requires to slightly cut the area. Pain subsides by taking medication.
