I have studied about Non ejaculatory orgasm for males on the internet and found it awsome, it needs strengthening of the PC muscle. My question is that is it harmful do it?

Hello- Yes it is. There is a regular production of semen from testis in a period of time which needs to be excreted either through sex or through masturbation, if you are not doing sex and performing masturbation without ejaculation, it will lead to stagnation of semen which will lead to hardening and will block the seminal pathway. Later it can lead to either spermatic stone or back pressure into the testis causing swelling and pain and even varicocele. Repeated actions will cause permanent damage also.
