Cramps are a result of Vit D and calcium deficiency. Either you should get your levels checked or start with Vit D supplements. If your Vit D is low and you don't take supplements for it, calcium won't get absorbed. Hence, Vit. D is more essential and our diet doesn't have any source of Vit D. So, its best to start woth supplements.
