I felt I have some breathing problems, sometimes I force fully take breath and leave it. How can I recover this problem?

Get a simple breathing test called spirometry done with reversibility testing. This will evaluate the degree of bronchial obstruction if present and will also be an assessment for asthma. Then you will be relieved by inhaled bronchodilators.
