I gained weight in the last 4 weeks from 55 kg to 64 kg. Before tht I used to masturbate a lot and at the same time I used to take good diet. I used to not gain weight but immediately I stopped masturbating nd I gained gain 9 kg. Now I am 64 and I started masturbating again and my reduced to 63.5 kg. What would be the reason? Please help. For my height I should be at least 75 kg to 80 kg.

There is no relation of masturbation and weight. But mental depression due to performance anxiety that result in weight loss. You do masturbation weekly interval. Donot think negatively.
