How much sleep is necessary for me? I am a housewife and my age is 27. And also I am going to plan to have a pregnancy in after 6 month. Please guide.

Sleep is neccessary for night food digestion and for removal of day time work effect sleep time changes person to person more physical work more sleep more eating or late eating during night needs more sleeping time.
