Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Gastritis is condition in which internal lining of intestine get inflammed, due to that indigestion, gas formation, acidity,bloating etc happens. To reduce the inflammation ,drink jeera water twice daily with a pinch of cinnamon powder. After meal chew saunf, avoid heavy deep fried, packets, frozen readymade foods. A good night sleep and no day sleeping too. Stress can worsen the problem so practice pranyam, meditation to calm your mind.
