Presently I am 37 year old, unmarried.i smoked cigarettes for last 16 years regularly (1 packet daily ). I quit it on 6 may 2015 to till now (in this duration of 18 month, I smoked 5 month .and quit 13 month ). Now many times not get erection in morning. What may solution.

Your lack of erection may have some to do with your smoking history and there may be other factors too. Meet with a sexologist and determine the other reasons. It is good that you have quit but don't fool around it by starting on and off. Please start regular aerobic exercise and make sure you breathe through your nostrils only. If you keep yourself fit and have a healthy heart the improved circulation to the penis will improve its erection. Also learn to do kegel (you can search Google for the explanation) exercises every day and every moment you can to further improve the genital sphincter muscles.
