Do Sitz bath twice daily after passing stool. Avoid fatty fried food. Avoid constipation. Add some stool softener like syp duphalac at bedtime.

have high fibre diet plenty of fluid and avoid fast food and non veg diet

take more of green vegetables ..

take syrup lactulose 3tsf thrice a day for three days ..

take isapgol powder 3tsf twice a day  for seven days ..

apply lox cream 5% thrice a day for local application 
sit in warm water with betadine for 15 min thrice a day ,
