Hi. I'm in hostel. I have started sleeping for long hrs. Like. 10 hrs. N more. After joining in the hostel. Does this is because of the hostel environment r something else. N how to control my sleep back to the normal.

Hi Usha, Wherever you stay Hostel/Home try to regularise ur day. Follow particular timings.like waking up,Excercise,bath,Breakfast,Study/work,Lunch,free time,Dinner n Finally Sleep. Try to wake up with an alaram on atleast morning by 6 or 7am depending on ur work/study time. Then try to Excercise or go for a walk. Maintain regular timings for food. Eat healthy. Take adequate water. Sleep at same time dialy.Not too late. If u are not able to sleep try to read something.. It will b difficult for few days but practise it dialy and you will be habituated.
