Dear your left ureteric stone 6 mm in size if definitely passable and rink plenty of water. Better still if you follow oral diuresis programe. 1. Tab drotavarine hydrochloride 80 mg every morning 2. Tab. Lasilectone 50 mg every morning for 20 days every month for three months during this time if you get pain drotavarine should be taken four times a day till pain goes. When you have pain you should not take lasilectone.
