Hello Doctor sorry to say that I have seen in an interview of celebrity that he use to sleep 4 hours only as a regular routine for which he is so success in his life by avoiding more sleep and working more and harder. So what about sleeping less than 6 hours is fatal.

In how many millions and millions of people you have noticed one person who sleep less and is genius. so its not common. nature plays tricks on all living beings like this and there always will be exceptions for the general rule. so donot go by that kind of example. you see what is happening and what is suggested like sleep of 8 hours duration for an adult. This suggestion comes after lot of scientific studies and monitoring. so in every thing follow the general rule and not exceptions.
