My wife's left breast removed & 6 chemotherapy and 25 radiations given in cmc vellore (Tamilnadu). Now OK and taking Nolvadex 20 mg daily. Please tell whether intercourse can be done now and what will be the consequences thereof . If yes then how many times in a week. Please tell.

Yes you can' but 1. First make mood and environment conductive for having sex 2. It all depends on the lady's energy, desire, and comfort 3. Make good healthy routine for her including daily walk, deep breathing exercise and good nutritious diet 4. As she has been out of sex for some time do not jump to penetration at first go, take several days to reach to that stage, initially have kissing, touching, do not force know her wishes. 5. Choose comfortable position may be both lying on side. 6. Vagina may be dry so use vaginal lubricant to be applied in vagina and on penis before sex, no vaseline to be used. 7. Vaginal moisturizer may be used twice a week even with out sexual activity. 8, use condom good luck.
