Ask her to take plenty of leafy vegetables. With every meal some gree leafy vegetable item need to be there. Jaggary is another good source of iron. Let her take some dry fruits on daily basis. If you are nonvegetarian. Meat is another good source of iron. These are the things which she can easily follow, check haemoglobin again after a month, if no improvement give her tablets containing iron,
