I am 26 year old male, from few days only I have noticed that I get precum even without any arousal, I used to regularly masturbate about once or twice a week and have stopped since 2 weeks ,i have had some life issues and since then I am very anxious and from that time only I am facing this issue, I have tested negative for stis and the discharge is clear sticky in very few amount like half a drop, I notice it whenever I see my penis 6-7 times in a day, I used apollo system online and it says its probably atrophy of corpus cavernosum, is this the reason and how can this be stopped, any help would be really appreciated, I am unable to sleep since few days thinking about this problem and also not eating well, totally depressed, can someone help me understand what could be the cause of it and is it serious.
