Hello lybrate user once diabetes diagnosed you should restrict sugar in diet. Avoid all deeply fried foods, zunk foods. Eat in moderate chapati, rice, bread, meat, eggs, fish, chiken, cheese, butter and milk products. Avoid sweets, icecreams, chocolates. Eat plenty of salads, green leafy vegetables, fruits except banana n mango. Take clear soups, butter milk, pulses, beans. Take small meals four times a day. Practice aerobic exercises or brisk walk, pranayam and yoga.
