It is not healthy if you not sure about the virginal secretion of your wife. First get her blood test done and if all fine then you can do what ever you want without any fear. But yes there are many bacteria that's very bad if it enters from virgina to your mouth you may have to face those bacterial and fungal infections in your mouth later.
