A friend of mine who had a dog bite. And the next day he brought two vaccinations. But that day my friend scratched my arm. But I didn't bleed. Am I safe.

Human-to-human transmission of rabies virus has only been documented from infected organ/tissue donors to transplant recipients. So though theoretically it is possible for you to get infected by rabies, most likely you are safe. Of if want more security, it would be better to get vaccinated as well. No harm in vaccination.
