I am getting too much sweat on my back side and some time I was getting too much sweat total body and will it causes any thing and some says it will be good for body but I thing I was loosing my energy easily I need some help please help me.

Excess sweat is not good. It may be due pressure of studies/ work do 1. Relax and do not take tension of any thing 2. Go for morning walk daily for 30 mts 3. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 4. Do meditation for 5 mts daily 5. Have good sleep of 68 hrs at night 6'try for 15 days you will feel much better 6. Give feed back.
