I am circumcised 2 years back due to phimosis and now my glans has small wound around 1 year back when I went to swimming pool and that small wound is healing and again it peels of and forms patch and again heals and the process continues please help me what is this and which type of doctor can I consult urologist or dermatologist plssssss.
