I'm 40 years woman, I have pcod and fistula, for which i'm taking homeopathy medicine past 3 yrs. There has been not much difference though. I got a call center job, it's work from home. Past 1.5 years since I got the job i've put on hell lot of weight. I'm 105 kgs today. I have been drinking green tea past 3 yrs. I started working since the rains stopped. Almost a month now. But haven't lost any weight. My job is sitting 8.5 hrs. I walk 45 mins in the morning, i'm climbing 3floors 4 times a day, as I have to pick and drop my daughter to school daily. I'm putting on my above body not my legs. My legs pain as I have spur too in my feet. Hence avoid walking too much. Pls suggest what can be done. I have food twice a day. I feel less of sleep at times. Pls help in some way to reduce my weight from above part of my body. Being a single mother I have to do everything by myself. I have no time for myself.
