Any dentist. Please help me. I regularly brush my teeth. In morning & before going to bed also. But still my teeth are not white, they look yellow! please help me.

You can use snowdent tooth paste twice daily, if your yellowness is mild it will help you. Apply this tooth paste and wait for 10 min then brush with the same.

Everyone doesn't have pearl white teeth. Your teeth color matches your skin colour. Harshly brushing your teeth will damage it's outer white layer and will exposed it's inner yellowish layer. Go for scaling and polishing. For more whiteness, go for bleaching.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
