I have fibromyalgia and my Dr. has me on tramadol every 8 hours and it's not helping with the pain anymore, I have tried homeopathic methods and they didn't help with my pain either. Are there other options?

For management of fibromyalgia a group of drugs called Tricyclic Antidepressants work best. Since Tramadol is not effective in your case, a drug switch is required. Also non pharmacological treatment like exercise, acupuncture, cognitive behaviour therapy can help in addition with medicines. Consult with pain specialist in your city.
