When bowel frequency is more than 3 times a day and is watery and loose is termed as loose motion. Symptomatolgy comprises of urgency for stool, cramps, watery loose motion, bloating, dehydration reasons for loose motions can be many, some of them includes stomach infection, malbsorption, allergies to certain food, eating patterns like over eating, stress, hyperthyroidism, inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome.
