Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, implants can not be done on the broken roots. These have to be extracted out for implantation. However, removable overdentures can be given if you don't want to go for extractions.

Yaa its necc to remove the portion of teeth inside jaw ortherwise it may get infected and may cause pain and we canot make use of that in any implant. We can extract the teeth and place an inplant at the same time.
