Dropped a weight on a vein and/artery, not sure which. It's a little swollen with minimal soreness but it feels a little hard over the area that was hurt. Been using ice. Will it heal on its own and approximately how long will it take?

Superficial thrombophlebitis is usually a benign and short-term condition. Symptoms generally subside in 1 to 2 weeks, but hardness of the vein may remain for much longer.
