Depending on grade of mobility treatment options can be planned. It may vary from scaling to rct and crown , in case of grade 1 or 2 mobility. if it is more extraction and replacement would be good treatment

If the mobility is not much, just scaling and polishing with little maintenance will retain the teeth. If mobility is enough, go for extraction n than capping.
