Dear Doctor, I unnecessarily think a lot (on diverse topics). When I am doing some routine task like having dinner, taking bath etc I unconsciously start thinking on some topic. Even while doing professional task, I find myself thinking on something different topic. This is happening for last many months. I tried mindfulness exercises, but I kept getting distracted? Please give me some solution.
