Hi, Mr. Lybrate-user you can allow your children to brush their teeth or you can do brushing to their teeth when you see the first tooth erupting. When the child is 6 months old the teeth start erupting from that time on you should be cleaning their teeth. In the begining its not mandatory to use a brush and paste for a single tooth you can use wet fresh cloth or cotton as for paste you can use kidodent tooth paste for the kids*(age is mentioned over it)
