I'm21 years old. And having severe tooth ache bsonwent treatment and ultra sonic scaling my again back what can I do now.

If pain is due to decay on tooth then you have to go for root canal treatment. Scaling will not help to cure pain. Visit to a dentist for examination and proper treatment.

I would advise you to go for an intra oral xray to check whether you are having any decay with pulpal involvement. Severe toothache can be caused due to hidden decays which are deep enough to reach the nerve tissue in the tooth.
