Chicken pox is highly contagious so first thing is to isolate the patient and keep his belongings like clothes bed dings utensils etc separate second thing is take complete rest till you fully recover don't scratch as it becomes very itchy when the eruptions are drying take simple homemade food and symptomatic treatment including antibiotics antipyretic vitamins supplements etc.
