My father 55yrs old suffering from left leg muscle (ankle) pain from 2months no relief from neurologist treatment. Having low back pain from ten years. Need your suggestions for quick recovery. Thanking you.

Give acupressure with a pencil on blunt edge between the mid portion of the ankle bone and the tendons on either side of the leg. Repeat on the other leg also. Please ask somebody to massage your spinal column from neck down upto sacral bone using both hands ie both thumbs on one side other fingers on other side do only from neck and not from sacral to the neck. Yo can also use a wodden roller purchased from a accupressure items shop. Report after 5 days.
