Maybe once in every three months I get this severe burning sensation around my scrotum sac, not inside just the skin. No other symptom just this. It stops after a couple of days and then after some months it reoccurs. I remember the first time this happened many months ago. After the critic pain I saw a very tiny ulcer in the opening of my penis it went away quickly, I only feel this sever burning sensation once in 3 or 4 months it goes away after taking ibuprofen. I?m worried just burning pain around the skin of my scrotum. No other symptoms.
