I am 19 years and old and I am ready to have a baby. Me and my boyfriend had sex about 4 days ago and I told him my period was about to come on in a few days so we needed to hurry up and do it and he ejaculated inside of me. I got my period yesterday and it seems like a normal period, kind if heavy but I'm scared I won't conceive after it because I've been reading a lot if posts and they say the period sheds the lining of the uterus and I think it destroys the egg but I just wanted a professional opinion because I wanna be able to conceive and I'm nervous and anxious about this situation. My mom said she had her period up until 3 months with me.
